Establishment of the predecessor company “Omata Vacuum Machinery Research Center”

Successfully developed the first vacuum evaporation equipment “SC-6W”
1967
Received the Award for Excellence at the industrial exhibition from Kanagawa Prefecture for the oil rotary pump “MP-250”
1978
Established business partnership with ULVAC Inc.
1984
The “SFC-71M” vacuum evaporation equipment for adjusting the frequency of MCFs received the first Kanagawa Industrial Technology Development Award grand prize.
