Wireless temperature monitor
Measuring substrate temperature on a rotating dome in real time
The wireless temperature monitor consists of slave devices and master devices, and the master device receives temperature data measured by the slave device and sends the data to the PC. We can also provide a temperature control system that uses the temperature of the board on the dome measured by a slave unit.
