This equipment is intended to adjust the frequency of the crystal device. Adoption of the In-line type of three chambers achieves the world's highest level of tact time.
Also, this system uses the highly accurate, highly stable, and highly reproducible transport mechanism that has been proven in SFE-B03. Frequency adjustment of small workpieces (1.2 x 1.0 or less), which was difficult with in-line device until now, can be stably mass-produced.

    SFE-X2012 is equipped with two linear ion sources of 100mm ion beam.
    Each unit can process a maximum of 24 workpieces, and a total of 48 workpieces can be processed at the same time.
  3. 3. The micro work (less than 1.2 x 1.0 size) is produced stably by highly precise Transfer mechanism with high repeatability.
