Pursuit of increased production volume and one unit achieves productivity equivalent to two units
The Mega-Sapio 1700 was completed by realizing the shortening of the exhaust process, the film formation process, the venting process, and the stable operation of the equipment from the conventional Sapio 1700. A wireless monitor is used for the control system to realize highly accurate process control. A mass-produced machine with the same installation area as the conventional Sapio 1700, but with double the production volume, was born.
