Pre-purchase demonstration

In order to propose the most suitable equipment to our customers, we accept Pre-purchase demonstration upon request, before the customer places an order.
Pre-purchase demonstration are available for a variety of methods, including sputtering, evaporation, ALD, trimming, and ashing.
Based on our 70-year history of manufacturing vacuum equipment and the advanced thin-film formation technology we have cultivated through joint research with cutting-edge companies, we will respond in accordance with our customers’ objectives and requests.

We also carry out analyses and measurements using the large number of measuring instruments we own, such as spectroscopic ellipsometers and X-ray fluorescence spectrometers.

R＆D Environment

The development building and clean rooms for R&D and Pre-purchase demonstration occupy approximately 20% of the total floor space of our Head Office and Sagamihara Factory.
We also own a wide range of R&D equipment and are well-equipped to meet the diverse needs of our customers.
