Next Generation Development Support Action Plan

Basic policy

The following action plan will be formulated to enable all employees to fully exercise their abilities by creating an environment where employees can balance work and parenting and where all employees can work comfortably.

  • Plan period: April 1, 2023 to March 31, 2026

Objective 1

Creating an environment where employees can easily take childcare leave

Measure: April 2023 onward A counselor will be assigned to explain the applicants about childcare leave.

Objective 2

Thorough implementation of no overtime days to reduce overtime work

Measure: April 2023 onward Regular internal announcements will be made to departments that have high overtime hours.

Action Plan based on the Act on the Promotion of Women’s Active Engagement

Basic policy

The following action plan will be formulated to enable all employees to fully exercise their abilities by creating an environment where employees can balance work and parenting and where all employees can work comfortably.

  • Measure: Five years from April 1, 2022 to March 31, 2027

Objective

The rate of taking childcare leave will be made at 10% or more for men and will be kept 100% for women. The average number of days for male employees to take childcare leave will be kept 60 days or more.

Measure: April 2022 onward
All employees will be informed of the “Childcare Leave Reinstatement Support Plan”, the balance support system, childcare leave benefits, and exemption from social insurance premiums during the leave. To promote the use of childcare leave, etc. by male employees, the system shall be made known to them individually.
