General Outline
This is a vacuum heat sealing equipment for Au / Sn with SMD type crystal oscillators.
Features / Options
- Configuration: 3 chambers (Loading, Process, Unloading)
- Heating system: 2 steps for preheating, 1 step for seal-heating, Max 400℃, 1 step for cooling.
- Products can be easily transferred from the tray of our frequency adjusting equipment (SFE-B03, SFE-X2012 series).

Tact time is 0.4 sec/pc or less.

Maximum temperature: 350 °C
