This equipment is intended to adjust the frequency of the crystal device. Adoption of the In-line type of three chambers achieves the world's highest level of tact time.

- Employing In-line type of three chambers
- By separating the processing chamber and the take-out chamber and equipping with an ion source for both H and L, efficient operation with less idle time has become possible.

- Multi-source simultaneous processing
- SFE‐X2012 is equipped with two IGF-201 ion sources of 100mm ion beam (same as the ion source installed on SFE-B03). Each unit can process a maximum of 24 workpieces, and a total of 48 workpieces can be processed at the same time.

- High-precision mechanism for small workpieces
- This device also uses the highly accurate, highly stable, and highly reproducible transport mechanism that has been proven in SFE-B03. Frequency adjustment of small workpieces (1.2×1.0 or less), which was difficult with in-line device until now, can be stably mass-produced.
